Argi Digital Health Apps is a Silicon Valley Healthtech company providing an AI-powered solution that supports dementia patients and the people who care for them. Our solution collects data from a patient's smart wearables and other personal and hospital devices, then uses it to steer the patient away from harm. Alerts are sent to family members, caregivers, health workers, doctors, or any other stakeholder (Finance). Standard alerts cover non-urgent matters, while priority alerts trigger when patient vitals hit certain thresholds, leaving the patient in potential imminent danger.
Care team members can access data through role-based dashboards that show the most relevant information for their position. This helps the care team member know how best to help their patient right now.
Doctors’ offices can download all of the data between patient visits (which can be 3-12 months), allowing the neurologist/care team to make much better-informed recommendations to patients. The Office now has months of readings, rather than a snapshot from the visit.
Argi addresses the global dementia crisis through a scalable, mobile platform that provides personalized therapeutic interventions.
We address some of the most pressing concerns for caregivers and management, such as sepsis and falls. We can alert the care team about potential sepsis cases before they happen by streaming continuous vital signs of patients (eg., skin temperature, resting heart rate, respiratory changes, etc). Current fall solutions mostly alert the caregiver after the fall; Argi will intervene much earlier, aiming to avoid the fall altogether.
By reducing caregiver attention from some of the more stressful, burdensome, emergency responses to things like a fall or a wandering patient, we reduce caregiver burnout. Argi addresses the 10 most pressing issues facing caregivers.
The US market for dementia treatment is tremendous. Driven by rising healthcare expenditure, a surge in the prevalence of dementia, and a rising geriatric population, creating a substantial opportunity.
The current standard of dementia care is fraught with systemic problems that can leave patients, families, and healthcare providers struggling.
Elder care faces an unprecedented demographic shift, with dementia representing a profound economic and societal burden.
Dementia medications have low efficacy in part because the disease pathophysiology is complex and treatments are typically initiated too late, after irreversible brain damage has occurred. Furthermore, drugs struggle to cross the blood-brain barrier. The brain’s natural defense mechanisms are highly selective, blocking about 80% of potential drug compounds.

AI is slated to bring huge savings to dementia care; Argi is one of the apps that will make those potential savings a reality.
Argi dramatically improves the quality of life for patients while driving significant cost savings.
Savings across the board , including administration automation, optimized workforce, and improved clinical efficiency.
U.S. Cost Burden: Out of the $781 billion total cost of dementia in the U.S., medical and long-term care costs account for about $232 billion, while over $500 billion stems from the diminished quality of life, unpaid caregiving hours (6.8 billion hours), and lost earnings. Argi addresses both of these areas.
Global Expenditure on dementia care of $1.3 trillion in 2019 rising to approximately $4.7 trillion by 2050.
The US mobile app market, $42.090 billion in 2025 is projected to be $87.122 billion in 2030. The global mobile app market is a rapidly expanding digital ecosystem valued at approximately $391.3 billion in 2026. It is projected to reach over USD $1 trillion by 2034.
The Wealth Gap: Americans aged 70+ hold a record $35–$53 trillion in net worth, representing a massive demographic with the resources to fund high-quality care solutions.
Recession Resilience: Healthcare spending is historically countercyclical and maintains growth even during economic downturns.

If we sell to San Mateo County Health Authority and we onboard only 50% of their approximately 15,500 dementia patients. With a volume discount of about 50% we would generate over $35M+ ARR and save up to $625.000,000.00 per annum for the county.
San Mateo is one of 58 separate Bay Area healthcare authorities; statewide, there are 76, and in the US, 3,489 separate authorities - all with their own requirements and budgets. With our large ,ls being in the $1$ 10sf millions ARin R saving customers $ 100s of millions annually, the opportunity has legs.
